AAA SUCKS!!! Spent Friday, 5/28, waiting 3 hours for a tow!!! Some of the CSRs were rude and uncaring!!! Do not use AAA if you can avoid it. AAA sucks!!!

Sorry that I didn't call. I decided to just let the matter go. AAA disappointed me with their uncaring service, so they will be the LAST people I call if there is a problem.
